Refund policy
Step 1: Eligibility
Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unopened and in its original packaging.
Returns are only eligible within the United States.
Non-returnable items: Digital products and items marked as non-returnable (such as clearance or promotional items) are not eligible for returns.

To initiate a return, please visit our returns portal at returns.buttercrafts.com
Complete the online form and select your preferred shipping option. A return label will be sent to your email.
Note: Shipping costs may apply on a case-by-case basis and will be deducted from your refund amount. Returns are free if the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
Step 3: Affix USPS Label and Drop Off at Nearest Location
Attach the return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest USPS drop-off location.
Step 4: Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method (minus any applicable shipping costs). Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
